5 Tips To Begin A New Fitness Routine

1. Begin gradually: Start with a manageable workout and gradually increase intensity to avoid burnout!

2. Set realistic goals: Define achievable and measurable fitness goals to stay on track and motivated.

3. Choose activities to something you enjoy.  Opt for exercises that you find enjoyable!  This helps with keeping yourself engaged and motivated!

4. Establish a consistant schedule: if you are a morning person get if done first thinig....if you are a night person workout after work.  This will help you stay motivated!

5. Listen to your body and pay attention to how it is feeling.  If you need rest, please REST!  Listening to your body will allow you to preform at your very best!
