My main stress eliminator is RUNNING! I try to hit the road or treadmill at least 3 days a week. I've started introducing biking and weight training as well. After turning 45 I've noticed a huge change in weight gain so I'm trying to incorporate more weights. These aren't my favorite exercises however I do love feeling like I am getting stronger! I'd love to share some of my favorite products, from treadmills to running belts to socks and clothing!
